Terms of use

MBM Training Core, Texas, USA, provides MBM TrainingCore for authorized company training and credential management. Contact mbmtrainingcore@gmail.com with questions. These terms apply to use of the service; a separately signed customer agreement governs where its provisions conflict with these terms.

Accounts and access.

Use only an account you control and the company access you have been granted. Keep your sign-in methods and recovery information secure. Do not share accounts, impersonate another person, bypass permissions, interfere with the service or submit malicious or unlawful content. Notify us of suspected unauthorized access.

Company content.

You and your company retain ownership of content you submit. You authorize MBM and its service providers to process that content as needed to operate, support and secure the service. Submit only material you have authority to use and disclose. Company administrators are responsible for authorizing users, selecting appropriate training and reviewing training records within their responsibilities.

Training and credentials.

Course content, assessment results and platform-issued credentials document the applicable training activities. They do not automatically establish a professional license, regulatory approval, employment qualification or satisfaction of every legal training requirement. Any external accreditation or recognized qualification must be expressly identified for the relevant course. Trainers and companies should review AI-assisted drafts before using them as training material.

Service operation.

Features may change and maintenance or outages may interrupt availability. We may restrict access to address misuse, security issues or applicable legal requirements. These terms do not promise uninterrupted operation or a particular training outcome. They do not exclude rights or obligations that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

Privacy, fees and updates.

Our published privacy notice explains information processing. Any fees or service commitments must be set out in a separate accepted agreement; these terms do not authorize an automatic charge. We may update these terms, identify their effective date and provide notice where required. Texas law and applicable United States federal law govern, subject to rights that applicable law requires otherwise.
